Roof Racks & Platforms

DACMAKE builds steel roof racks and platform systems for 4×4 pickups, SUVs and vans. The range covers flat platforms, grid platforms, tubular racks with side rails, a folding rack and a full cargo cage. Every model is steel with a black powder coat finish, and every model is built to carry roof top tents, recovery gear and luggage on rough ground.

Dynamic load is what the rack carries while the vehicle is moving. Static load applies when the vehicle is parked and a roof top tent is set up. Both figures are given for every model — check them against your vehicle roof load rating before you order.
Choosing between the types
Platforms and cages (PN103, PN160, PN162) give the largest flat area and the most tie-down points, which suits roof top tents and bulky kit. Tubular racks (PN163, PN1622) keep side rails for strapping long items and keep the weight down. The folding rack (PN161) folds flat when it carries nothing, which helps on vehicles with low garage clearance or where wind drag matters.
Fitment
On validated fitments, racks bolt onto the factory roof mounting points — no drilling. Fitment depends on model year, mounting points and the vehicle roof load rating, so send us the vehicle and year and we will confirm the brackets. Universal and vehicle-specific brackets are both available.
OEM, ODM and custom sizes
Custom lengths and widths are available for pickup canopies and van roofs. Send the roof dimensions and the load you need to carry and we will confirm the platform size and the bracket layout. We supply under OEM or ODM with your own branding, packaging and finish. Minimum order quantities are typically 10–50 pieces per model; the exact figure is confirmed with the quotation.
