Who We Are

DACMAKE is a China-based manufacturer of off-road vehicle parts and overland camping equipment. We started in 2002 as a metal fabrication workshop and grew into a vertically integrated factory that cuts, bends, welds, coats, sews and assembles under one roof.

Today we supply roof racks, bumpers, rock sliders, bed racks, rooftop tents, awnings and related overland gear to 4×4 and outdoor brands worldwide. Most of that work is OEM and ODM — we build to a brand’s drawing, not to a catalogue.

What We Manufacture

Off-Road Parts

Roof racks and platforms, front and rear bumpers, bull bars, bed racks, rock sliders, side steps, skid plates and vehicle protection. Parts are built in steel and aluminium and finished with powder coating or textured bed-liner, in matte, satin or gloss black.

Overland Camping

Hardshell and soft-shell rooftop tents, pickup canopy tents, awnings, shower tents and shelters. Fabric cutting, sewing, seam sealing and final assembly are done in-house, which keeps lead times short and lets us match fabric, colour and stitching to a brand’s specification.

Metal fabrication and tent production are ours. Complementary overland electronics — car fridges, portable power stations — are sourced through qualified suppliers and inspected to the same standard before they ship.

Inside Our 20,000 m² Factory

Production runs across eight connected workshops on a single 20,000 m² site, staffed by more than 150 people. Keeping every stage in one plant is why we can hold tolerances and colour consistency across repeat orders.

• Tent Assembly — hardshell and soft-shell roof tent build-up
• Sewing — industrial sewing for tent bodies, awnings and covers
• Quality & Packing — final inspection, hardware kitting and export packing
• Warehouse & Logistics — container loading and consolidated shipments

Quality Control & Certifications

Our quality system is audited, not self-declared. The factory holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification and has been through an on-site factory audit by TÜV.

• CE & RoHS — compliance documentation for applicable products
• Third-party inspection — SGS, BV or TÜV pre-shipment inspection on request

Inspection runs at four points: incoming material check, in-process inspection at each workshop, pre-packing final inspection, and third-party pre-shipment inspection where the buyer requires it. The full process is on our quality control page.
