DAC has manufactured off-road metal parts and overland camping equipment in China since 2002. We work with outdoor and automotive brands, distributors and fleet suppliers worldwide, and we handle the whole chain — your drawing or idea, tooling, production, inspection and container loading — under your own brand.
Our capabilities
Metal fabrication and welding
Press-brake forming, tube bending, laser cutting, MIG and TIG welding and fixture-based assembly for steel and aluminium parts up to heavy-duty gauge. Bull bars, bumpers, roof racks, side steps and ladders are produced in-house on dedicated jigs, so repeat orders keep the same geometry.
Engineering and tooling (OEM / ODM)
Our engineers work from 2D drawings, 3D models, physical samples or vehicle scans, return manufacturability feedback before quoting, and build the fixtures and moulds required for production. A new welded assembly normally needs 3 to 5 weeks of tooling before the first batch.
In-house quality control
Material certificates on incoming steel, dimensional checks against the drawing after welding, salt-spray and coating adhesion testing, and a full pre-shipment inspection with photo records. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TÜV can be booked at any stage.
Export and logistics
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP, ship from Dalian and Tianjin, and handle neutral or branded export cartons, pallet strapping and container loading plans that protect coated surfaces in transit. Documents include invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin and test reports.

Minimum order quantity depends on the model. Metal parts usually start at 20 to 50 units per model, and a stock sample can be supplied as a single unit.
