How much does the tent weigh?
It varies by model: the Q02M ABS hard shell is 47 kg thanks to its slim ABS shell, while our soft shell roof top tents run around 63 kg gross. The measurement weight including the shipping cage is about 120 kg. Check the specification table on this product page for the exact figure.
Will it fit my roof rack?
A rooftop tent needs a rack whose static rating covers the tent plus everyone sleeping in it. With a 47 kg hard shell and two adults you want at least 200 kg of static capacity - our PN103 rack at 300 kg static is comfortably inside that.
How long does it take to set up?
Hard shell models open on gas struts or an electric actuator and are ready in well under a minute; soft shell models are unfolded by hand and take a few minutes to tension. Neither requires tools.
Does it come with a ladder?
Standard models ship with a telescopic ladder. Confirm the ladder length you need when ordering if your vehicle is lifted, and we will match it to your roof height.
Can I add an annex room or lighting?
Yes. We supply the AR01 annex room and the LS01 LED light strip as matching accessories, both designed for our roof top tent range.
Can I carry gear on top of the tent?
On the Q02M ABS hard shell the roof can be specified to carry load - this is an optional function, so state it when ordering. On soft shell models the folded fabric is not a load surface.
MOQ
MOQ depends on the model - as a guide, allow 10 to 50 units per model for OEM production. A stock sample can be supplied as a single unit, and mixed models can share one container to reach an efficient volume. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm.
Warranty
12 months against manufacturing defects, covering welds, dimensions and coating adhesion. It does not cover collision damage, incorrect installation, overloading or normal wear. Claims are handled with photos and resolved by replacement part or credit.
Branded Packing
Generally, we pack our products in neutral brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack them in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Payment Terms
Payment terms depend on the order value and how much customization is involved. Standard is T/T 50% deposit with 50% before delivery; larger or customized orders can be arranged at 30% deposit with 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance - please contact us to confirm the terms for your order.
Delivery Time
Generally, it will take 2-3 weeks after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and order quantity.
OEM/ODM
Yes, we have an engineer team. It is ok to produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds as required.
Sample Policy
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock. Sample and courier cost can be paid by Western Union, Bank Transfer, etc.
