Hard shell tents have a rigid ABS or aluminium lid that opens on gas struts or an electric actuator, and they are the quickest to set up. Soft shell tents fold out from a fabric cover and give more floor area for the same footprint. Inflatable tents use air tubes instead of poles, which keeps the packed size and weight down. Which one suits you depends on how often you camp and how much space you need.

A rooftop tent needs a rack whose static rating covers the tent plus everyone sleeping in it, with a margin for bedding and gear. Check the static rating of your rack and the roof limit set by your vehicle manufacturer before ordering; if you tell us the rack model we will confirm the combination.

Hard shell models open on gas struts or an electric actuator and are ready in well under a minute; soft shell models are unfolded by hand and take a few minutes to tension. Neither requires tools.

Standard models ship with a telescopic ladder. Confirm the ladder length you need when ordering if your vehicle is lifted, and we will match it to your roof height.

On hard shell models a roof load carrier can be specified as an option - state it when ordering and we will confirm what the shell is built to take. On soft shell models the folded fabric is not a load surface.

IP67 means dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion. Several of our ABS hard shell models are quoted at IP67, and that figure comes from our own in-house test rather than a third-party laboratory, so we do not quote a certificate number. Soft shell and inflatable models are water-repellent rather than rated, and we recommend a rain fly for sustained heavy rain. Tell us the conditions you expect and we will confirm what the model you are considering is built to handle.

MOQ depends on the model - as a guide, allow 10 to 50 units per model for OEM production. A stock sample can be supplied as a single unit, and mixed models can share one container to reach an efficient volume. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm.

12 months against manufacturing defects, covering welds, dimensions and coating adhesion. It does not cover collision damage, incorrect installation, overloading or normal wear. Claims are handled with photos and resolved by replacement part or credit.

Generally, we pack our products in neutral brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack them in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Payment terms depend on the order value and how much customization is involved. Standard is T/T 50% deposit with 50% before delivery; larger or customized orders can be arranged at 30% deposit with 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance - please contact us to confirm the terms for your order.

Generally, it will take 2-3 weeks after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and order quantity.

Yes, we have an engineer team. It is ok to produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds as required.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock. Sample and courier cost can be paid by Western Union, Bank Transfer, etc.
